This single policy covers every Android application published by FlowApps OÜ. Effective 14 September 2026.
The applications listed below are published by FlowApps OÜ, a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FlowApps OÜ, and “the App” refers to whichever of our applications you are using. We are the data controller for the processing described here.

Our Apps have no user accounts. Whatever you enter into an App stays on your device (section 4). The Apps do, however, include Google’s Firebase Analytics and Firebase Cloud Messaging libraries, and through them we collect:
We use this data to understand how our Apps are used and to measure the performance of the advertising campaigns that bring people to them (for example, whether an install came from an ad). Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining and promoting our Apps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); where your local law requires consent for such processing, we rely on the consent you give through your device or Google settings.
We do not collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or the contents of what you type into an App.
Whatever you enter into an App — entries, settings, progress, preferences — is stored in that App’s private storage on your device. It is not uploaded to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing the App’s data in your device settings, or by uninstalling the App.
If you have Android’s own backup enabled, your device may include App data in the backup that Android makes to your personal Google account. That backup is controlled by you and by Google, not by us, and we have no access to it.
The list below is generated from the applications’ own manifests, so it reflects what is actually declared, including permissions added by the analytics and messaging libraries we use. No App requests access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, files, photos, phone number or call history.
Every App declares these permissions, to:
No App declares anything beyond this common set.
All of our Apps declare the INTERNET permission. It is used for three things: sending
the analytics events described in section 3 to Google, receiving push notifications (section 7), and
loading the App’s content from our website app.flowapps.space — in your browser, or inside the App
when no browser is available. Like any website, app.flowapps.space receives your IP address and the standard
information your browser sends with every request; it is hosted for us by Cloudflare (section 9).
We do not attach identifiers from the App to those requests.
Our Apps can show push notifications delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging. To make that possible the messaging library registers a push token with Google. Notifications are only shown if you allow them when the App asks, and you can turn them off at any time in your device’s notification settings; the token is deleted when you uninstall the App.
Firebase Analytics reads the Android Advertising ID to link app usage to the advertising campaign that led to the install. We do not show advertising inside our Apps. You can reset or delete the Advertising ID at any time in Android settings under Privacy → Ads; after deletion, the App receives a string of zeros instead of an identifier.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else. Google may transfer analytics data outside the EEA under its standard contractual clauses.
Analytics data is retained by Firebase for at most 14 months and is then deleted or reduced to aggregate statistics. Push tokens are kept while the App is installed. Web server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period under its own policy.
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has used one of our Apps and you would like the associated analytics data removed, contact us at support@flowapps.space.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights write to support@flowapps.space, naming the App you use; we will delete the analytics data associated with your app instance on request.
You can also act directly on your device: reset or delete the Advertising ID (section 8), turn off notifications (section 7), clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App — uninstalling removes the app-instance ID and push token, so no further data is collected.
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address, and changes take effect when posted here. Effective date: 14 September 2026.
